Thick about the waist, cute about the face

Finally seeing a light at the end of a very long tunnel, but nevertheless I am seeing the results I have been looking for. I am currently down 14lbs and it was no easy task. The things I have learned so far are amazing!!!!!! Looking forward to rest of my journey to my goal weight of 135 pounds!

Couch to 5k - Started and restarted many times, and am proud to say am a little but better as a runner, however more work is needed!

Personal Information:
Mother to a beautiful boy who is just a shining light in my life. I absolutely love that kid and he is the reason why I am improving my health.

Thanks for asking about me, Sweets, and I wish that I had a whole lot of better news to report, but I'm still struggling every day with not eating right. Some days of course, are better than others, but I keep going up on the scale little by little and I'm so sick of it, but I guess not sick enough to do anything about it! I need desperately to know of some way to get out of the rut! I've tried just about everything under the sun to no avail. I just like to eat too much and with not being able to exercise like I should because of pain, that's not a good recipe for losing weight. I hope that you're doing a whole lot better than me!
