im sorry it took so long to get back to you but im just learning still how to use this website there is a ton of information. i see that you statis says you faultering. but sometiems that is ok. you just have to get back on track and its not always easier but reading something motivational or buying someting like a bikini helped me out alot. also there is this weight loss simultor and you make like an avatar of yourself now and wat cloths you can where then you take lbs away and see you self skinnier and skinnier til you can wear just about anything on the shopping list its on Preventions website. you know www.prevention.com and search wieght loss simulator or you can just google it. hope this helps lisa 2621 days ago
