Wow, can you believe that it is 2011 already!! Well it is so far a great year for me. I have not been on spark for a while since we don't have internet anymore. But it is all goood.
I have just lost another 6 pounds since the last time I was on here. I have been doing great. I now way, 306.6 YYYYYYAAAAAA!!!!!!
I am slowly leaving the 300's behind for good. I have decided not to even keep my old clothes. I am only keeping one or two of my favorite things to take a picture with in the end.
This is the beginning of me getting my Blossoms for once in a very long time.
I hope everyone is enjoying there spring or as much of a spring as they can enjoy! I hope everyone is doine well and I hope to hear from you all soon.

Just logged in for the first time in quite a while. I am doing something new now.
I have already lost almost 20 lbs and I have not counted calories or worked out a bit.
It is called the Weigh Down Diet by a Woman named Gwen Shamblin.
Let me know if you know anything about it.
Last week was the best. I have had more progress this week also. I have noticed my cardio getting better and better. I can go longer with out dying from lack of oxygen. (that dosent mean i can kick that high yet LOL)
I am getting my exercise routine down now and I will start tweeking it after I weigh in for the month on the 8th of February. I want the most bang for my SWEAT!!
And 10 - to 12 glasses of water seem to be what my body needs. Also just fond out how much better my mind and body is with 8 hours of sleep. But it is the hardest thing for me to be consistantly. AAAHHHH
I am naturally a night owl I guess!!!

I am changing my life for the better now. Loosing weight and getting closer to God. What a motivater prayer is! I have lost a total of 36 pounds since starting Spark and a total of 51 pounds since waking up to a really fat Momma body!
Sometimes I wonder if I ever looked in the mirror.
My Goals, where do I start? I want to loose weight and I want to look good. I want to change my diet and eating habbits over time, not GO ON A DIET!!!
To me going on a diet means, when you are off, lets go and get the biggest and greasest thing in the world to eat. ANd opps, I can't seem to stop! I want to change ME for the better. Not just take a PAUSE!!!
Well keeping the brun more calories than you eat in mind, MODERATION is a wonderful thing. That and prayer is pretty much the bass of my program. When I do exercise now (walking more than not) is for my heart and overall health not for weight loss. When I eat when i am hungry and stop when I am satisfied or pleasently full it works. Being content goes a long way.

Right now I am trying out a few differnt things to meet my goals. I know that the number one secret to weight loss is to burn more calories than you take in, in a given day. But, I am trying to learn to do the the best way for my self. I like Green tea and I know that this is good. I am trying to breath right, drink water, do workouts that are best for my bodytype and slowly eliminate foods from my diet that are bad for me and replace them with better foods.
I live in Alaska and I think it is one of the best places in the world to live. I love Sara Palin, (please don't shoot me LOL)!!! And believe it or not, it does get hot here.
It's just a different kind of Hot LOL!!!!
I am looking into the ABS diet and have been drinking Acia berry off and on. Any one else use this stuff. What about Core rhythms, i think it is a good workout program. I am also trying Tae Bo. At 350 lbs, I can actually do it and have a good time doing it. I only do it for 20min now. But, that is difinitely a start.
