Not really trying to lose weight - just hold myself accountable for staying active and eating healthfully. It's easy to fall out of the habit if you start letting yourself slip. I like my fitness to be based on having fun rather than being a slave to the gym. While I'm not opposed to the gym, I find that I enjoy it more when I go less frequently. I like to go for bike rides, hike, play tennis, run, walk, indoor climbing...
