My breakfast consists of a mixed fruit blend, the antioxidant blend from Target which has sliced strawberries, cherries, wild blueberries, raspberries, and pomegranate seeds. I top it with vanilla Stonyfield Farms yogurt, then oats. The nuts I've had on it in some pictures was walnuts.
The other fruit blend I sometimes use is a mixed berry blend of raspberries, blackberries and blueberries, also from Target, since that's the cheapest place I've found so far for mixed fruit blends.
I do know the commercial but it really doesn't apply because I'm just 62 in number not inside!! Those cuties are just the right size to grab an easy sweet tart treat and at only 35 cal they always fit in no matter what else I've eaten that day! LOL
