Thanks so much! Girl, it is so hard to get out there and do the exercise every week but I tell myself just go an you will feel better later and I always so. PLus giving myself a goal (a 1/2 marathon in Feb) is helping me stay with it. I ran a 10K without training before and it sucked and I hurt myself..don't wanna do that again!!
