I stick with the winners! I belong to some challenging teams. I've met amazing and inspirational people. Tracking everything everyday does work for me. I'm willing to get involved and be a part of healthy activities.

Thank you. I do too. But I'll be fine, I just hate it when it happens. But ignoring it till it goes away doesn't seem to work either. So I allow myself to wallow a bit, pick myself up, dust off and get back to work! So you all get to listen to me whine!
