Thanks for reading my blog Aurlie, I really appreciate the support. emoticon You know you are so right that it's very tricky to know what is going on inside your body, and I have been "lucky" to have a physical tool like psoriasis to point me in the right direction. Honestly though this has been years, decades even, in the making of any sense of it. I've been reading all kinds of diverse thinking on the subject. Some of it still to this day being taken skeptically by the allopathic medical community, they disregard things such as Chinese medicine or Naturopathic Medicine.

But what I've gleaned from all this is the core truths that are only touched on by traditional weight loss methods. Having that understanding of just how devastating inflammation is to your body is something that is not clearly made known to people. You have to chase it down your self. It's easy to think "Oh yeah I can see that, but it doesn't apply to me." Yet it actually does and it's so subtle and so sneaky you just don't even see how to fix it. Doctors don't talk much about it because they literally know next to nothing about how to treat it naturally, ie. how and what to change in your eating habits. All they know how to do is prescribe a pill that is on the market that sort of fits your description. It's so easy for them to cop out and say eat less, exercise more when in many people that is not even the problem.

All my life I haven't been a person who would eat out of control, I never did binge eating. My problem is that whatever little bit ever got onto my body would just never leave. That has ended up being because of my body being subjected to all kinds of poisons in my food and in my environment. My body was literally in a constant state of allergic reaction. Your body doesn't work very well when it's that way. So it did end up requiring a whole lot of sleuthing on my part to figure it out on my own. When things start working for you then progress can be made. So keep on trying to figure what is working for you and keep expanding your knowledge base.
