I've made some progress with getting in shape. I've joined the Sparks beach body bootcamp challenge. I hope it will prepare me for my company's corporate challenge later in May. November 30, 2009 I'm going to set mini-goals and reach them!
For the first time in my life, I've been sticking to recording my food intake. This week I'm going to concentrate more on exercising every day. November 30, 2009 I quit logging my food and slacked on my exercise. I've got to get back on track.

How's that for timing? God really does look out for us! Kathy found me on Facebook and was wondering how I was. When I told her that I was sad about the Walk not being in the Rockies this year she told me about one in Fort Collins that she is going to go to so I asked if I could join her and she said she would...how did she put it...feel blessed if I wanted to walk with her! This made me feel very good, and I have to admit, surprised. I don't think of myself as very special, she made me feel like that. I am excited to have something to look forward to!
