Aurlie, Thank you for commenting on my blog. The struggle continues, but it sure is easier when you have encouragement from friends. I still have to battle to keep my cholesterol down, but I am not the type of woman that ever quits anything I've started, so I will continue reading about what is best for high cholesterol and find a way to maintain my healthy level. I like proving doctors wrong and my doctor seems to think nothing can be done without medication. He is only indulging me because he thinks it is just going to go back up again. So, that is my goal. Six months of exercising and clean eating to maintain a healthy cholesterol level and hopefully, prove my doctor wrong.. 8 hours ago
Aurlie. I made 4 more appointments. She wants to see me once a week to check on my progress. She gave me 4 exercises to do 3x a day. She seems to think that if I do these 4 exercises a day religiously my leg will get straight. I know I haven't been doing the exercises like I should. I am not a good patient. 2 days ago
