Hey April,

How are things going? Still using the Body bug? I have been off the trail all summer and now a close friend was diagnosed with diabetes. I think it is what I needed to see what he now has to go through and I do not want that. I have family history and don't need to push it along.

Soo to that effect I restarted nutrition tracking and basically on Spark last week (Sept 28) and am looking for old friends to help me along and to that I can reciprocate.

If you need something, just ask. I will respond usually within a day or so lately.

I stopped by to thank you for your comment on the nutrition thread of swimsuit boot camp. I have been embarrassed to share that I can't seem to eat enough calories -- I have only lost 1 pound in the last 3 weeks, and I'm thinking that more calories and more cardio may jump start my metabolism.

Thank you very much for your response to my blog, Though I know it is also a struggle for many many on here, (I don't mean this in a bad way...lol) But I am happy I am not the only one struggling and having a hard time. It is nice to know I am not alone. I see you are a member of a Washington group. I am in washington too! Not from here, only been here for 2 years. The weather sucks up here...lol I like it though. Hope to hear from you soon.
