I have hit a few snags with my weight loss but I am still staying true to the changes that have gotten me this far. I am tired of being the fat girl and not living life. I have found that life is much too short to let it pass you by. I quit smoking after doing it for 15 years and I have recently started training for a 5k. I plan on running my first race in September of this year. I can't wait.

My Program:
I am running 3 days a week and doing some kind of cardio on my off days. I am also working on perfecting my push up. I am watching calories and tracking everything I eat. I have cut out pop and working on trying new recipes. Working on making changes that last.
Other Information:
I love books, movies, music, knitting, art, roller derby, singing, dancing, acting, and lots of other stuff I just can't name right now.
