Back Away From the Doughnut!
Getting back in shape after college is proving more difficult than I thought. That stupid "freshman 15" is more like 30+! So far I have lost 10lbs on my own, mostly by giving up soda and limiting my fastfood intake. I recently joined Club Fitness in Alton, IL. At first I was really eager to go everyday but now I keep finding excuses instead. I work out one hour a day MTWF and 30 minutes on Saturday if I am not doing anything more important (like babysitting). I like to do 30 ...

At first I was really eager to go everyday but now I keep finding excuses instead. I work out one hour a day MTWF and 30 minutes on Saturday if I am not doing anything more important (like babysitting). I like to do 30 minutes on the treadmill and 30 on the elliptical. Except on Thursdays, Thursdays is Library Day *jumps up and down with joy*!

My Goals:
1. Stop drinking caffienated soda (and make them diet if I insist on having one) 2. Cardio 3xs a week and strength training 2xs a week 3. Stretch! 4. Remember to take my vitamin daily. 5. Breakfast!!
My Program:
10 reps in the Captain's Chair as a stretch than its off to walk on the treadmill at an incline and speed that I feel challenges me that day. After that it's 30 minutes on the elliptical...always a challange! It's hard but it is getting easier:)

Other Information:
An avid reader of fantasy. Love going to the movies (especially if its fantasy!). Also like to play tennis and ride my bike but I rarely get to do so because no one wants to join me:(
