Losing It....

Hi I am a 37 year old wife and mom of 2, I have struggled with my weight all my life and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 2006 I also have bad knees which limits my activity to mostly walking and swimming. I hope to get a handle on this.

Our members are on all kinds of plans such as Atkins, South Beach, Protein Power, Low Glycemic. etc. What we share in common is a desire to eat high quality carbs and leave behind the processed sugary ones that cause medical problems and obesity.
