Aggie in Training

Hi, I was a loyal Sparker and met my weightloss goal. That was 3 years ago! Now I am back and needing to set a few more weightloss goals. I have kept active in my absence (ran 2 half marathons and several 10Ks), but it's time to get back in the groove and loose some more weight! I only gained 18 pounds of the sixty I lost initially-BUT those 18 are WAAAAAAYY too many.

My Goals:
My goals are to increase my consumption of water, improve my time in running a 10K, and maintain my current weight loss.

My Program:
I jog about 3.5 miles five days a week. As I get closer to my 10K I will increase the distance by .5 mile until I reach about 6.5 miles. I eat mostly fruits and veggies and try to steer away from red meats--although I enjoy a good steak once every blue moon!

Hi, as you can see, I'm an aggie from the great state of Texas! I actually lived in Maryland as a child and moved to Texas before I went to high school.
