My 2013 Spring into Summer 5% Challenge committment: I will exercise at least 10 minutes each day of the challenge. I will track my food and stay within my calorie range. I will drink at least 4 cups of water a day. I will check in daily with my team, leaving a comment on the team Clubhouse DiscussionBoard. I will read and comment on blogs as I have time. I have been a member of SparkPeople for nearly five (5)years, but have not been consistent with following program. When I first joined I had found that I have high blood pressure. Now that is under control, Praise God!! I have lost 16 lbs, slowly. But that's okay. Because of the 5% Challenges I have been a part of for nearly a year, I am exercising regularly. Though I am slimming down and toning up, my biggest challenge is belly fat. I want to get rid of the belly. So, during the 2013 Winter 5% Challenge, I am going to do more Pilates exercise videos.
