My 2014 Summer 5% Challenge committment:

I will exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days a week and do strength twice a week.
I will track my food and stay within my calorie range.
I will drink at least 6 cups of water a day.
I will check in daily with my team, leaving a comment on the team Clubhouse Discussion Board.
I will read and comment on blogs as I have time.

I will follow the Flat-Tummy Diet as a guide for my eating/nutrition.

I have been a member of SparkPeople for nearly six (6)years, but have not been consistent with following program. When I first joined I had found that I have high blood pressure. Now that is under control, Praise God!!

I have lost 16 lbs, slowly. But that's okay. Because of the 5% Challenges I have been exercising regularly. I Will Reach My Goal!
