Just checking in to see how you're doing with your exercise? Are you doing your workouts in alphabetical order like I am? Is it helping you change things up and make it a little less boring?
Today, I did Ab Jam and for the first time, I did the standing portion AND the floor portion. I've never done the floor portion before but it wasn't as tough as I had anticipated so that was good. But, I can definitely feel the workout in my abs.
