My Goals:
Ideally, I would like to lose a total of about 35 pounds. However the real goal here is to achieve a healthier lifestyle & the ability to maintain a healthy weight & hopefully get [& keep!] a sick body in the process!

My Program:
A little bit of everything! I get bored easily so I am running [C25K!], walking, biking, & Shredding. No real set regiment as my schedule is hectic; only a promise to exercise as much as I can, whenever I can.
I don't eat badly as a rule, but I am trying to drink more water & consume less - if any - sugar.

Personal Information:
I was born & raised south of Richmond, VA. I am thrilled to be engaged to my [senior-year-of-] high school sweetheart, & hope to be fit in time for our as of yet unplanned wedding. We bought a little house last year that we share with our blue Bully baby, Adonis.
