Falling into step. Running away from pounds.
I've been down and now back up a bit, and I just hit the realization that a few pounds turns into a landslide quickly. While I'm still able to run a mile without stopping my endurance has suffered due to going through the motions and not sticking with what works. So now I'm coming back to Spark and going to use it like I did in past and take care of the slip before it becomes a fall. So Today 12-7-11 I stopped just doing the cardio and weights and tried ...

So now I'm coming back to Spark and going to use it like I did in past and take care of the slip before it becomes a fall. So Today 12-7-11 I stopped just doing the cardio and weights and tried out a kettlebell class at the Y. I forgot how much I Like to be challenged. So with sore muscles I'm updating my page and getting ready to get real.

My Goals:
Would like to continue losing weight and adding endurance. 2lb a month seems reasonable at this point for weight loss. Ran my First 5k on Fathers Day 2010. WOO HOO! C25K rocks. 5K #2 Farminton Run for the Hills 27:37 Spring 2011 Signed up for my first 10K. Fall 2011 13.1? Dare I say it? A half marathon!!

Monday- H.E.A.T Class Thursday- Bootcamp Usually running on off days. Working toward my first half marathon in the fall.

33 years old. Married to my Awesome wife Suzanne. Two great kids and a dog.
Other Information:
Eat Food. Not too much. Mostly Plants. I you haven't read Food Rules, Seen Food Inc. or buy from a local farmer's market you should.
