Like my title implies, I'm getting healthy with the Wii. I call this page my virtual ritual--because I like anything electronic and I believe in the power of good habits.
To lose about 15 pounds while concentrating on maintaining my health and energy. I want to take care of the health God has given me and have plenty of energy to be a wife, mom, full-time employee, and doctoral student!
I am using the Nintendo Wii to structure my workout week. Currently, I'm doing the 30 Day Challenge along with my husband in EA Sports Active (about 5 days per week) and also using the Wii Fit for fun and yoga. I'm trying to emphasize moving more at work, too, since I have an office job.
