I've been at curves for 8.5 years and love what I get out of it. I started cycling long distance two years ago I then did my first sprint tri last year and then my first 100k cycling event this year. One thing I know about me is that I need constant goals that's what keeps me going, so here I am.

My Goals:
To be as strong as I can and inspire the people around me. To do a century ride To do at least two tri's a year.
My Program:
Curves workout 4x a week 1) once a week a 25 mile bike ride 2) once a week a 50 mile bike ride 3) Swim 2x a week 4) Increase my running time
Personal Information:
My new goals are to promote two huge events on a large scale . I want to start my own cycling event and also a triathlon for causes that are close to my heart. Right now my club and I do various breast cancer events and cancer relays.
Other Information:
My motto is "just keep moving" It doesn't matter how much or how little as long as your moving you'll get there.
