"Love is the expression of one's values, the greatest reward you can earn for the moral qualities you have achieved in your character and person, the emotional price paid by one man for the joy he receives from the virtues of another."

~~~
I'm a young professional, with a great new job in NYC. Career related depression have evaporated. I am happy to have achieved that goal. Now to study for the GMAT and go to business school!
Goals I have that WERE impacted by lack of happiness in my PREVIOUS job are weight goals, spirituality goals, community involvement goals, romantic involvement goals and educational goals.
Now I am content in current job and looking to jumpstart all of the above goals!!!
My confidence level is connected how I feel about my body in a large way. Between 2009-2011 I gained 42 lbs (to total 250 lbs) which has added to my depression. I hope to change a lot of things and this website seems like a great place to connect with others on a similar path.
Thank you for the comment on my blog "C25K." The app I have is C25K free. It is by Zen Labs. It is an awesome app. You can listen to music while you are working out and the lady's voice will cut in with prompts on when to start running or walking or your cooldown.
Good luck!
