To Know and not do, is not to Know

I don't know about you, but to me losing weight can be exciting. Gaining weight can be fun but it takes no effort. What fun is that?

Do nothing and rust do something and move forward. You still have to go through the same amount of time so why sit?

My Goals:
My first goal is to get below 220lbs Achived on Jan. 27 2007.

My second goal was to get to 215lbs Achived on Feb. 26 2007.

My Third goal 210 was reached on March 11 2007.

The fourth Goal 205 was reached on April 24 2007. Body fat is now down to 29.1% and waterat 51.4% I have also lost 7 inchs total in my neck, waist, and hips.

My first major goal of 200 lb was hit on 13 June 2007 which was my original goal before I changed it to 185.

It took me 2 years to get past 200 lb. I happy to say that I'm now at 187 lb and pushing even lower.

My Program:
It's very simple I follow the meal plan that spark has provided and workout 3 to 4 times a week for 1 hour or more, but usually 1 hour. I now also run a 5K three times a week as well.

Personal Information:
I grew up in Cincinnati Ohio, I love that City but its to cold for me anymore.

I have a wounderful wife, that I have been in LOVE with for 17+ years now. It just keeps getting better the older we get.

I have three kids, and from them I have nine grandkids.


Other Information:
I love to cook and find it very challenging, cooking with health in mind rather then cooking for taste. It still has to be good, but also within the limits of my diet. It's fun.

hope you dont mind that i checked out your page. you are doing great. thanks for the boost on the thread this morning. i need all the help i can get right now. i am just not feeling the motivation. am getting tired of the whole thing, but i wont give up and i know the motivation will come back ---eventually. thanks again and keep up the good work. andra
