My Goals:
*Lose 20 pounds
*exercise 4-5 days a week
*drink 8 glasses of water a day
*walk 47 miles or more per month
*cook more healthy for my family and stop eating out unless it is a very special occasion



My Program:
Daily exercise in the form of walking, some weight lifting and pilates.... gentle but consistent. less gluten and sugar and lots more fruits and veggies. I do other daily things like gardening and housework to keep active, too.

Just been so crazy busy with travel and family and work and all... I am maintaining nicely but the injury is still plaguing me... not able to really do more than pilates with my achilles tendon injury. I might try a bit of walking again soon but I have to take it slowly so as not to make it worse. Tendonitis does not heal quickly and may never truly go away once it is injured so the running is out of the question maybe forever. :( That makes me sad because I loved running.

emoticon emoticon Come on! Where you BE? i think I told you before you can lower all that stuff and numbers with just walking and weight training. Mine all went down, and I even had to get off 2 of my B/P pills cause it dropped so low. You need us. We need you. Thanks for the stop by. Guess what? My scale told me I only weigh 68.5 pounds today! Is that a hoot or what? By By scale. Still packing clothes for the senior center. The fun thing is I got three new blouses from walmart for only $3 each! What fun! New clothes that fit and don't break the budget! emoticon Forgot to tell you, I LOVE the new hair pic! emoticon
