Hey lady! Thanks for the jeans, dude - I could REALLY use them and it made me smile - because that's kind of a non-scale goal - to fit into my skinniest jeanst in the drawer (size 8s...) and throw out all the 12s!
As for my fast breaks (which we're almost to week 2!!!) - I'm striving to drink tons of water, do something active every day (I go to the gym about 4 times a week - but if I don't go to the gym, to go for a walk or something) and to tell people about my goals, out loud, every day. And to consistently track my nutrition and exercise...on sparkpeople.
I'm feeling frustrated this week because after losing 4 pounds in 3ish weeks, I suddenly am back where I started. Argh. I think part of it is water and part of it is this strength training/boot camp thing I am doing with my trainer at the gym, because I'm forming muscle and all...so I'm putting the scale away until the END OF THE MONTH (Scary, yes, but true.)
