Here I am

Over the past five years, I have gone from 200 lbs. to my current weight of 143. It has taken me 50 years to learn that you don't have to eat less to weigh less - you just have to eat better food, and you gotta get up and move. I use SparkPeople for the motivation, exercises and recipes and it works.

My Goals:
Walk away from the extra pounds and get fit for the last half of life. Bone loss is a real concern for me and exercise is a great way to fight that.
