2007: Over the years, the weight has slowly crept up. I just want to return to the weight I was 20 years ago when I met my husband (124 pounds) instead of the 136 that I am today. I hate the flab on my body. I try to walk 35 minutes most days at lunch and I do some light weights off and on, but the weight just stays about the same. Help!! My discipline has disappeared.

My Goals:
1) Lose 4 pounds

My Program:
I try to walk 30 minutes 3 to 4 days a week and do light weights (3 and 5 pounds) three mornings a week. My biggest challenge is keeping calories to 1200.

Thanks for the supportive comment on my blog for my Goals for 2016. Yes Exercise is the key I've learned while doing PT, plan on keeping up the momentum.
