I am 45 years, divorced with three adult children and one granddaughter. A grandson is due in July and another baby in Oct.
I have always been 'slightly' big and some issues these years have changed that to more then slightly.
I joined SP on a whim and am having a grand time here!
The friends make the journey more than bearable. I've not reach my goal weight, yet.... but will get there!

My goal is to be at my healthy weight and as fit as I can be.

Exercise clothes ready to go

plan of action:
fitness three times a day until minutes met. Morning, at work and after work

Every day 10 minutes of fitness!

Use mix and match meal planner

My Program:
Track everything and I mean everything. If I need to add something on from the day before, I WILL do it!

Grocery lists and meal plans

Keep active, standing every 30 minutes at work and doing something for 5 minutes

Ha ha! I don't count my gigs as exercise really, but I do dance quite a bit when I perform and I'm lifting heavy equipment so I guess that's sort of a mini cardio/strength session. LOL! Seriously though, it's fun but by the end of the night, I'm toast.

Yes, my split time was better at IndoRow class than it was earlier in the month so I don't feel so bad about coming in 2nd to last in the race. I only really compete w/ myself and I did better than the last time, so I'm satisfied w/ that.

Thanks, Anne, for the help in resetting the Spark Points for the articles I read. All the info just doesn't set in the first, second, or ever third time and getting those points makes my lack of progress more tolerable until I finally can get it !
