My Goals:
I am a non-runner with a hope to complete a jogged marathon one day. Long term loosing 70#s. Getting back outside and away from the COUCH are important to me. Short term walking, walking. want to transition to jogging.
My Program:
fast walking on a treadmill 4+ days for 30+ minutes and increasing as time goes by.
Personal Information:
A native of Silicon valley, commuting to the country. Partial empty nester.
Other Information:
Interests include ballroom dancing, especially west coast swing & foxtrot. I enjoy spending time with animals, like my Moluccan cockatoo Lilly, dog, kitty and horses (appaloosa).
