My Goals:
Keep my calories in the 1200-1500 range and track my food every day.

Cook and eat dinner at home at least 5 days a week.

Move EVERY day. Workout 3x a week.

Get more fruits and vegetables into our diet

My Program:
Keeping my calories in the range they're supposed to be each day.

Circuit training at least 3x a week.

Move every day - walking, circuit training, something!

Personal Information:
I live in Greensboro, NC with my husband and our four cats and three dogs and three horses.

Our son got married this year and has a beautiful 1 year old daughter. I can't believe I'm a grandma! :)

Hey! So proud of you for planning your meals, it's a huge task but sure makes each day easier! Just focus on each individual day and try to make it better than the day before. That really helps me because looking at the big picture can sometimes feel overwhelming! I know I struggled this past week to drink the water, it's hard when it's cold. Stupid excuse I know because I used to drink soda regardless of the temperature but I do see how my body is responding to the lack of water this week. Going to try to be better at that and eating atleast 1300 calories each day! Have a great week!

Just dropping in to see how you are doing! My progress is slow and steady, I've lost 10.2 pounds in 4 weeks and have managed to get some form of exercise in every day, which is a huge success! I haven't always eaten perfectly but instead of using that as an excuse to quit, I just keep plugging away and try to do better the next day. The thing that makes me the happiest is that this is the beginning of week 5 and I think for the first time ever, I haven't given up! :)

By the way, it is starting to look like I'm a Spark people stalker, I'm the only one leaving you comments!! lol.

I'm baaaacccckkkkk!

I've done something crazy and joined a local weight loss challenge which starts on Sunday and goes through the end of the year! I thought ... hmm ... interesting concept ... instead of starting the year off with failed resolutions ... maybe I can end it with a bang?!? Of course finding the motivation to try to loose weight is difficult because well ... I love food! Anyway, I'm here if you decide you want to join me ... again!

I'm bbbbaaaaaccccckkkkkk! lol. Finally feeling some motivation to try yet once again! I'm counting calories but also trying to stay low carb! We will see how it works! :) Miss you!
