My Program:
Weights at the gym 2 days/week

30-40 miles on bike twice a week

2-3 mile jog twice/weekly

Personal Information:
I live in beautiful central Pennsylvania, where there are no mountains, just rolling hills (according to my son in Colorado). Love to spend time in the outdoors whether I'm biking, running, gardening, or walking with my husband and Daisy, our goofy, lovable "2nd child" (an English Springer/Border Collie mix).

Yes, I'm hoping the '3 pounds' was just a fluctuation, but that's a lot more than I'd normally see. And, my jeans were tight yesterday where they were getting lose last week. I can get it back under control, though! I'm getting ready for lunch... some tuna, veggies, fruit & skim milk! emoticon

aww that is too bad that you cannot fit the time to stop and visit our beautiful city, i have met a few wonderful people from spark and managed to have some time with them and dinner. had one person do the alaska cruise also, loved it

would u be stopping at all at the dock?


great work on all the races, i see that you did the bike race, i volunteered at one last year
