My Goals:
I AM BREAKING FREE!
FREE from I cant
FREE from others expectations
FREE from this weight inside and out.
I am looking for a healthier, happier me. I want to break away from my food issues of the past and just enjoy the blessings I have been given.

I want to learn how love myself and not feel guilty for putting myself 1st every once and a while.

My Program:
Change of plans 2/22/12
Iam not giving up, just going to take things a bit slower. I keep messing up so I figure I need to build a better foundation. Foundation Plan:
* 8 Glasses of water a day
* 10 min exersize a day
* watch the sugar
* Call a friend or journal in stressful situations

Personal Information:
I am a 42 year old, hard working, Montana girl. I have been married to my high school sweet heart for 22 years. We have 2 wonderful (teenage) boys, and a business that we have worked together for 15 years.
It seems like I have spent alot of my life running from one thing to another and I lost myself in the process. I realize that I need to try to balance my schedules and include "me" in them.

Other Information:
I love anything that gets me in the mountains.
I love hanging out with friends, riding ATV, hiking, swimming.

emoticon “The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it. Exercise, lose weight, test your blood sugar, or whatever. Do it without motivation. And then, guess what? After you start doing the thing, that's when the motivation comes and makes it easy for you to keep on doing it.â€

"The common conception is that motivation leads to action, but the reverse is true....action precedes motivation. You have to "prime the pump" and get the juice flowing, which motivates you to work on your goals. Getting momentum going is the most difficult part of the job, and often taking the first step is enough to prompt you to make the best of your day."
-Robert McKain

"Making changes in your life is never an easy task. The key, however, is not to get caught up in the distance you have to go to get to where you want to be. Nor should you despair over the amount of control you have over your circumstances. Progress is made in the small, intentional steps, and chances are, you have more power than you think. By focusing on little steps you can take every day, the progress you make will motivate you to continue your journey, and eventually, you can go wherever you want to go. The important thing is simply to begin."
-Stephen Cherniske

“When was the last time you woke up and realized that today could be the best day of your life? Participate in your dreams today.
There are unlimited opportunities available with this new day. Take action on those wonderful dreams you've had in your mind for so long.
Remember, success is something you experience when you act accordingly. Success is not something you HAVE, it’s something you DO.â€
