Keeping a food diary of what I eat. Eating whole grains and fiber rich foods, lots of fruit and veges, lean protein with every meal or snack, nuts with healthy fats. Getting back to a physically fit life by building activity into my life with structured exercise, classes, and an active lifestyle with lots of play with my family.
I want to start taking care of me inside and out....working on perfecting my soul by surrounding myself with all things good. Positive Attitude!
Thanks for checking on me. Things have been crazy busy for me and a bit out of sorts. I will be traveling a lot this week and gone all weekend so my spark time will be very limited. Weigh in went well. How was yours?
I am planning on starting the C25K again next week. That is my plan at least.
Just wanted to drop by and see how you were doing. I hope the shin splints are better. (I had to take a break from the C25K for that problem). You have been doing so well and should be so proud of yourself.
