The big goal is to get back to my golden weight of 8 stone, so I need to lose at least 100 pounds. In the meantime I would be delighted to get down to a UK size 18, a UK size 16 would be wonderful!
I'm not doing an awful lot at the moment. Tracking my food and pedometer steps, and eating more fruit/veg is a start!
From Scotland - keen to hear from other UK Sparkpeople members. Have been on Sparkpeople for a while but have been mainly using Nutracheck because it's UK orientated. Sparkpeople is getting more and more UK friendly now (of course I'm doing my bit by sharing all the UK foods I enter). So I'm now considering using Sparkpeople as my daily tracker.

Thanks for your comment on my blog! You can DEFINITELY do a 5K in July, whether it's walking or running. At the start of the year, I had trouble walking one mile, so if I can do it, you can too! Make sure to have FUN while doing it, too!
