My Goals:
To drink 8 glasses of water a day.
To do cardio at least 5 days a week.
To eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.
To think about what I'm doing before eating something.
To enjoy exercising again.

My Program:
Scheduling my workouts so that they become routine to me.
Switching up workouts so I won't get burned out to quickly.
Reminding myself this is my life and I have to do this for myself.

Hi, I got a comment from you on my spark page about establishing an exercise log. The log on this site is really good and if I post on it every day... It makes graphs of my progress.
By the way I am 160 today!!!
Was at the mall and instead of getting presets for others, I was trying on clothes.
So I am now in a size 8 modern at Christopher & Banks. A lady was complaining that they were stocking less of the petite and smaller sizes because so many ladies are Bigger now. But I did not mind I have not fit in a size 8 since before I was married at 19. Remember it is reaching my goal for today. And if today is well lived, my goal will be achieved. Keep in touch. emoticon

Love to hear from you but found I could not sift through all the activity feed stuff... just want to contact people who are in similar situations.
So contact me and tell me how you are by the spark page comments please.
I am doing great .... down to 173 but cannot hold it and keep going up to 175 and will not be happy until I get to 170. Hubby said he would pay for a pedicure when I reach that goal. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thanks Trac! I definitely want to come over and see you at work with this canning stuff. Gimme a yell and maybe sometime this week if you're canning something I can come help and learn! After the trip to the city market yesterday I really wish I had put in a garden this year! Stuff was SO expensive!
