Working to hard to fail!!!!
I am a 32 year old mother of 2 small children. I would like to lose at least 100 lbs, but I have a problem with will-power that I am hoping and trying to overcome. I need to lose this weight not only for myself, but for my children. I do not want to cut my life short because I am unable to control my eating. I love my children more than anything in this world and even more than I love myself, and I want to be here as long as I can so that I can enjoy them now and in the future. I cannot predict ...

My Goals:
I am looking to lose the 100 lbs that I have gained since having my 2 children. I want to be more physically active and enjoy exercising (which I currently do not, I have to force myself to do it). I want to look good in a bikini again, and fit back into my pre-pregnancy clothes which are still hanging in my closet 4 years later.
My Program:
I am currently eating more sensibly, and trying my best to get 6 days of exercise in even if it 10 or 20 minutes a day. I am currently using Debbie Seibers Slim in 6 exercise program. Small steps are a start in the right direction for me.
