Long and Winding Road
I joined Curves last year because I wanted to feel better. I have multiple site tendonitis and a host of other painful issues. Curves seemed like a good starting place. I then attended a weight management class with them. My Curves then closed. I moved to Planet Fitness. Since March 2011, I have lost 58 lbs. Not as close to my goal as I'd hoped to be and having trouble with the "plateau", I am looking for things to keep me motivated for both my exercise and nutritional plans. ...

Update.....as of June 17, 2012 I have lost 73 lbs. Trying for 23 more.

My Goals:
Ultimate goal is to be healthier. To help with that I plan to continue losing weight, continue exercising and find a way to better sleep habits. I also need to get myself back on the "cooking more at home" plan that I started a couple of years ago and then strayed off of for several reasons.
My Program:
I eat healthier and more often. 3 meals and 2 snacks per day limiting bad carbs and trying to increase proteinsand veggies. My exercise program includes Planet Fitness an average of 5 days a week and have also joined a yoga studio taking an average of 5 practices a week with them.
