I love yogurt and I usually eat it for my morning snack. I doubt that I should eat it twice a day since I like the Greek yogurt-it has a few more calories. I might have to find something else for my am snack. I think the yogurt would be more satisfying for me in the pm. So I'll try your suggestion, thank you so much. emoticon emoticon emoticon
