I'm making 2013 count!
I am a single mom with a wonderful 12 year old son.
I lost over 50 pounds in 2012...I am ready to lose that and more this year. I am hoping to reach my goal in 2013.
My best friend got married in August. I was her maid of honor. I reached my wedding goal + lost an extra 5. Yay!!!
My new goal is September 2013...my high school reunion...YIKES!
I am getting myself back on track to lose more. I CAN do this!!

My Goals:
I would just like to be healthier and happier for my sake as well as my sons. I want to be able to play with him and enjoy life. I also want to look great...LOL

My Program:
I don't really have a program...just watching what i eat and trying to be more active...so far so good. My fingers are crossed. I use Leslie Sansones Walking dvds...try to do a mile a day...if not more. Also the Just My Size yoga dvd a couple times a week. ;)
I started a program called Naturally Slim that my friend has been doing. It's all about giving up sugar...no pop!
Also, my Doctor is allowing me to try (after some begging) Adipex-P, which i do believe is really working. I know 4 people that have tried it and it's worked for them...and it seems to be working for me also. :)
