I have to keep reminding myself that exercise is for my health -- physical and emotional -- and just to make it easier to have fun and live life!! Glad you had such a great time in Hawaii :)
You're right -- exercise shouldn't be considered a chore. The trick is to convince ourselves that, I guess. I'm only on Day 4 of exercising again after 2 months of laziness, but I'm sure it will get easier as I get back into a healthy habit :)
