This is for life.

I'm a work in progress. I've been lighter but I've been a lot heavier too. I'm trying to make a change that will be for life. I know that I can not be successful with temporary changes. If I was meant to eat ice cream every day, I never would have put on the weight to begin with.
Confirmed - Heaviest ever 177 in 2004
Confirmed - Lightest ever 155 in 2007
Spark Starting Weight - 165 in 2009

1/14/10 - I think I've completed a whole year??? I've only progressed ...

***I can go 20+ days without a sweet treat and live to talk about it!***

3/30/09 - When I set up my weight tracker, I chose a turtle because I want my weight loss to be a slow steady process. I joined Spark back in January. Today, I met my first 5 lb loss goal. I'm counting on the turtle to help me get to the next 5 lb. milepost. I plan on it taking me months to get there.
