Can't believe it is already 2:00. I see you have done your PT plus some. Woo hoo! I have guests coming in tonight. My goal today is to stay ON TRACK the entire day. Which means I better get food out of the freezer and peel some veggies. I was doing great with the food week number one, portioning and at regular intervals and then took on a little too much. Always because I was hungry or not ready with food I made a choice off my plan earlier this week so being prepared this week should help. 2:00.. really?
