My Goals:
I would like to be able to buy "regular" sized clothing (hopefully a size 12 or 14!) instead of plus-size when I go on vaction in April 2011
My Program:
Changing my eating habits by reducing unhealthy choices (NOT eliminating them!) and increasing healthier choices and of course EXERCISE! EXERCISE! EXERCISE! :o)
Personal Information:
I'm from St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada. I've been with my partner for the past 10 years, and my biggest frustration: In those 10 years I've gained 65 pounds and he's gained 20!!! We eat the same things and our activity levels are very similar!
Other Information:
Living in NL means most of my favorite shows are on at 10:30 or 11:30 at night. This makes it very difficult to get my 8-hours of sleep each night - well the time-zone and the fact that I've always been an night owl and hates getting out of bed in the morning! LOL So I've started recording my shows and watch them as a "reward" if I get my full night of sleep.
