Just say NO to Dieting!

My goal is to finally lose the 35 excess pounds that have been following me around for nearly 20 years now. At various stages in my weight loss journey I have lost as much as 25 pounds...only to have it creep back up on me again once I stopped dieting. No More Diets! I am determined to change my lifestyle and reach my goals so that I can be happy, healthy, and active into my later years.

My Goals:
My goals are to consistently make better and healthy food choices. Stay focused. Plan ahead for lifes little indulgences. Exercise regularly. Have fun and make new health and fitness goals along the way.

My Program:
***Eat whenever I am hungry, and only when I am hungry.
***Eat whatever I want, not what I think I should.
***Eat CONSCIOUSLY! Put my utensils down.
Chew 20 times.
Savor each bite.
***Stop eating when I am nolonger hungry!
***Exercise 6 days/ week
***Walk 1 mile a day
STAY FOCUSED!
Following THE BECK PLAN for my Diet......
Breakfast: 350 Calories
Lunch: 450 Calories
Dinner: 550 Calories
Snacks:3 x 100 Calories
Bonus Calories: 100



Personal Information:
I am 49 year old married, mother of 3 adult children and a one year old Sheltie, currently living in central PA.
I will be moving to Citrus County, Florida, in the next year or two where my husband and I have just purchased our retiremnet home.

Sorry you are struggling. I've been watching some motivational videos that are helping me. Go to fatloser.com it's free, and he tells you stuff you need to hear. Basically, you have to change the way you think. No easy task, I know. But little by little, you can do it. it just takes hard work and discipline!
