Looking to lose weight and get fit after gaining back 50 pounds of 80 lost.

It's amazing how fast life flies by. And, how fast weight can creep back on. I was so excited to lose 80 lbs on Weight Watchers and swore I was going to keep it off for life. Then, I made the mistake of letting life get in the way. Stress, family issues, and just plain laziness led to disregarding my personal goals and soon I just wasn't interested in following the healthy habits I had accepted. I stopped exercising, stopped jounaling my food, and stopped eating healthy. Now I'm 50 lbs overweight and ready to try again.

Update: 10/06/2008 Almost ninety days along in my healthier lifestyle journey. It hasn't been a pleasure cruise, but I'm enjoying the voyage none-the-less. I'm tracking my nutrition intake again, working out at least three days a week, and drinking my water (which I never could handle before). Another benefit is that I stopped drinking soda completely and I really don't miss it! Trying to be true to myself and stay commited. It's not always easy...especially when I get bored. But, I'm determined to get back to the healthy ME!!!

    Hello O2BFITAGAIN, how are you today? I am fine. Beautiful and cold here. I am hoping you are doing well with your goals. I know I only started two weeks ago, I did not rush into 4wks, 2 months at a time, I took it one day at a time. I did plan what I wanted to do, or make a recipe. That is what is fun. I think you are doing great! One day at a time, and let's do what we need to do to have our success! We can do it!

    Good morning, I wanted to say hello. I hope you enjoy your day. I plan to. I want to say I also struggled with alot of those things you wrote on your page. For me it was skipping meals( no appetites) pop(I wasn't a "all day" drinker), snack, lack of exercise, and depression. I am hoping to put my negative things behind me and work on my new goals.
