My Goals:
Maintaining my weight at 140 or under. Exercising 1000 minutes per month.





My Program:
Stopped yo-yoing and have been maintaining since August 2012!

Nutrition - For maintenance, focusing on eating healthy 80% and not so healthy 20%.

Exercise - various cardio and strength training. Gotta keep it fresh!

Personal Information:
I live in a small Texas panhandle town. My favorite activities are playing poker, drinking beer, and cooking.

Other Information:
August 2012 - My maintenance anniversary! Reached 140 lbs!

February 2013 - New maintenance range. 136 lbs, +/- 3 lbs

Hi! Thanks for stopping by and commenting on my blog Strength over Snacking. This must be the hardest thing I've ever had to work on changing. With the frequency of my binges, it's amazing that I ever lost weight. I guess I had a period where I wasn't bothered by it. If only I could get back to that place in my mind that had a good perspective on food. The way I've been binging lately, I'd be 200 pounds by winter! Can't let that happen! I'm hopeful that I can overcome this hurdle!

Les mills grit looks awesome....thanks for sharing!

Do you know if it will be on home dvd or just classes in a gym? We dont really have any gyms around here that do les mills classes...it stinks.

I am so looking forward to joining the "At Goal and Maintaining + Transition to Maintenance" team. I do have a way to though. I estimate another 50 pounds, maybe a little more if that's what it takes to tighten skin. Thank you for all your encouragement!
