GrantM's Healthy LifeStyle

Hi! I'm GrantM, SparkPeople employee and recent University of Cincinnati graduate (go Bearcats!). I'm a super active person and I like to eat really healthy but I'm still trying to lose a few lbs (or at least lower my bodyfat percentage).

My other main goal is to help as many people in the world get healthier by using SparkPeople.com.

My Goals:
To continue to live a very healthy lifestyle (lots of green tea, fiber and antioxidants for me!). Additionally, I have started a new weight loss goal that I refer to as "Campaign 170" an attempt to go from my starting weight of 185 lbs to 170 lbs while maintaining my strength and dropping my body fat percentage below 10%. *update- I'm now at about 178

Help millions of people be healthier through SparkPeople.com!

My Program:
Exercising everyday with friends (elliptical training, weights, athletics and an active lifestyle)

Every morning I drink a few cups of green tea, eat a bowl of oatmeal w/ flax seed and yogurt (on top)

Lunch is normally some soup (trying for lower sodium soups) and a half sandwich

Dinner is hopefully some fish and a big spinach salad (maybe w/ cottage cheese).

I try to grab a fruit or veggie when i feel hungry throughout the day

Today is a new page in your life. What are you going to write on this page? Are Your choices in food and exercises going to be good ones? When you lay your head down tonight, are you going to be satisfied with what you have written on your page for today? Have a good day... unless you have already made other plans.
