Shedding a person

I currently have enough excess weight for a small person to be living in my body with me.

Actually? Not even a small person. A normal sized person. When I started, I had 138 extra pounds! My college-aged daughter weighs way less. I am carrying a whole other person worth of weight with me. No wonder I'm tired all the time. I don't need a CPAP, I need this weight off. I want it off.

You are definitely not big enough for the Biggest Loser. You're tiny, for the love of pete. You could fit three of you in my fat suit.

And you have been saying you're not getting anywhere with the exercise, but I beg to differ. 10 pounds in a month is fantastic!

Keep it up. I'm on my second day tracking. Next step: exercising. My heel's all better thanks to the stretches you told me to do, and my knee is OK, just grouchy.

hey there! I just saw your reply on the Biggest Loser discussion board. And yes you can totally do this on your own! I'm glad you didn't try out... i don't think you're big enough either. Have you seen those people? It's like they want to get bigger people each year and turn the show into like a reality freak weight loss show or something LOL. And OMG woman.. you should be SO PROUD of your progress! wow! I am totally inspired! keep me posted :). Can't wait to hit 150lbs with you! :D
