Journey Back 2 The ME..................... I Used To Be!
I'm a 37 year old SAHM of 2 little girls, Ages 6 & 2 yrs old. Although I give of myself to them daily, it is time to start giving back to ME. This may sound selfish to others, but when you are a Mom, you tend to put yourself last and everyone else first. I love my family immensely, but in order for me to be around for them in the future, I need to become healthy. 2008 was supposed to be about reclaiming some of the 'ME' I use to 'BE'. But it didn't happen, so I am continuing ...

Looking forward to getting healthy in the new year! _______________________________ 8/19/08-Disappointed in myself; lack of energy, sleep issues, digestive issues, stress......I need to get healthy!!!! _______________________________ 6/13/08-Starting over w/'Healthy Habits' phase because of my allergies, I did not properly do this phase. ________________________________ 4/1/08-Moving on to the 'Healthy Habits' phase of Spark Diet. _______________________________ 3/4/08- I have started over and am in my 1st Week of the SparkDiet, called Fast Break. _______________________________

My Goals:
July '09 Goals ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1st 5% goal (152 - 7.6)= 144.4 lbs ~Drink more water (8) 8 oz. glasses per day ~Exercise 3-4 x's a week ~Take Multi-Vitamin ~Eat healthier ~Get more sleep!
My Program:
I'm not following any set program. * Drink more water *Eat less sugar *MOVE more! I believe losing weight has a lot to do with your attitude and your mindset. When I am not focusing on what I want to accomplish and just 'let' myself eat whatever, that is how I end up out of control all over again.
Personal Information:
-Stay @ Home Mom -37 Years Old -from Pennsylvania - 2 daughters, 1 dog, 2 sisters, married 10 years -Struggled with weight issues most of my life
Other Information:
I enjoy crafting. Before I had kids, I did plastic canvas, cross stitching and scrapbooking. Now that I have kids, I mainly do crafts with my 6 yr old daughter. I also read more before I had kids. Some of my favorite authors are: Nora Roberts, Debbie Macomber, Jennifer Cruisie, and Barbara Delinsky. I currently have 3 magazine subscriptions: Parent's, RedBook, Family Circle.
