This is the sign up board for the 31 days of fitness challenge. The challenge will be for 31 days straight. Do you have what it takes? Sure you do!! You can exercise 10 or more minutes per day for 31 days.
Can you imagine the rewards that will come along with it? Smaller waist, toned legs, toned arms, six pack maybe!
