Question: How do I set up a SparkStreak?

Answer:

1.You must first set up a goal on your Other Goals page. Once you have your goal set up on that page you are able to track it as a SparkStreak.

2. Go to the My Tools tab at the top of the page and select SparkStreaks in the drop-down menu.

3. Click the “Start/Manage Streaks” button.

4. In the “Track Streak” column, check the box next to each streak you want to track.

5. When finished, click the “Save My Changes” button at the top or bottom of the page.

emoticon Note: Your streak will start counting the day you add it. You are not able to count a streak before that date.

This is the sign up board for the 31 days of fitness challenge. The challenge will be for 31 days straight. Do you have what it takes? Sure you do!! You can exercise 10 or more minutes per day for 31 days.

Can you imagine the rewards that will come along with it? Smaller waist, toned legs, toned arms, six pack maybe! emoticon
