first I want to know what you think of zumba core for xbox 360.
next thing I want to know is for people who play it or go to zumba class.
ok so I have noticed more mobility I my hips is this from where I have lost a pant sizes or is it from the dance moves from zumba?
weird question I know but I just wanted to know.
what I mean about hip mobility is I can now pop and lock it but my hips have never been able to move like this before.
I know I cant trust the calorie count on the game but I am going to get a heart rate monitor later this week.
