Fun fact - low fat yogurt can be higher in calories than regular due to the difference in sugar. This is very true for yogurts in NZ, as I have checked labels before and struggled to find a low fat yogurt that was also low is sugar and calories (artificial sweetener hasn't caught on as much here as is has in the US).
So, eat your yogurt, there is nothing wrong with it!
I did that once, when Greek yogurt was kind of a new thing and I was trying to learn to like unsweetened yogurt. I bought some, ate it, thought it was amazingly good, and ate more, tracking it the whole time as nonfat. I thought, "Good for me, I've learned to like plain nonfat yogurt." Then I re-read the label. No wonder it tasted so good. It was the cream of Greek yogurts. I agree with the other posters, eat it, track it, and don't worry about. Enjoy it.
Yes. Eat and enjoy, and always track. At the end of the day do the nutritional analysis. I have added all the nutrients not to drive myself crazy but to be better informed of how I am doing. This way I can pick one nutrient I need work on and add foods rich in it. I also track what I might would eat and compare what it does in numbers. (fat vs skim). Also with yogurts, always check how many different (goog) live bacteria is in what you buy. It can be anywhere between two and seven depending on brand. Read those labels. Many low fat products add sugar and many sugar free products add fat or artificial sweetness to make it taste good. So be aware that many times more natural is better. Read articles about labels so you are better able to understand them. They are tricky for a reason. Always remember that you are serving for a better life through the weight loss, so never beat your self up. Instead track everything, learn about healthy habits, and enjoy life to the fullest. If you totally messed up, then make sure you take time to really enjoy the mess up, acknowledge what caused the weakness, and plan how to portion the goody for next time and then make an event out of it. My pleasure in Reese cups. Yum!!! When I REALLY need one, it is an event. The whole world stops while I savor every bite. I've done it a number times by mistake or because that was the kind on sale. I usually always buy 1% plain yogurt or 0-1% for Greek yogurt. If you bought 2% it's really not that big of a deal. One time I accidently bought full fat Greek yogurt, I just ended up using it as a sour cream, cooking and baking (where I only needed a small amount for the recipe.) You could also use it as a dip for fruit, that way you're just having small portions of it at a time.
Personally, I would eat it (and track it) and adjust my daily food choices to accomodate it. And probably I'd look at the labels more carefully the next time, too. I've done what you did-- there are so many kinds of yogurt in that aisle in the store, that it's easy to grab what you think you want, only to discover later it's not.
But there are no "bad" foods. Certainly, there are some things that are better choices than others. But basically we can eat anything. Personally, I prefer low fat yogurt. But I wouldn't throw away "full fat" stuff. I eat "full fat" cheese all the time-- can't stand the low fat or no fat stuff. I just need to be mindfull of my portion sizes.

Does it have added sugar in it? If so, I wouldn't eat it. Plain full-fat yogurt is fine and a smaller portion will keep you satisfied longer than a larger portion of (again, plain) skim or lowfat yogurt.
I always buy regular. I hate the artificial junk they put in the low-fat and No Sugar Added stuff. I'd rather have full fat and satisfy my hunger better than eat stuff that is likely cancer causing. So you have a few more calories? Who cares? It's part of learning moderation.
I find that my diet is usually lacking in getting in the recommend fats needed, so adding a regular yogurt is fine. If you are like me and eat more than one yogurt a day (I usually have one for breakfast and one for lunch), you may find that you want to eat one regular and one low fat instead ot two regular, but really, it's all about tracking and staying within ranges.
There are no "off-limit" foods so no need to toss it out!
