I am thinking about trying a yoga class of some kind as a way to maybe get some exercise and learn about what yoga is. The thing is. I dont know a thing about it, or what it involves. My biggest concern is I am one who likes to talk, move around, and doesnt "relax" the easiest. I want to try it, I just dont know if its for me, and i dont want to irritate others or be the annoying person. I think I can, it just might take a little for me to get used to everything with who I am naturally.
